Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naliah's Home Goods purchase. If you are not happy with your outdoor storage shed, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• All hardware, panels, and assembly instructions must be included
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Assembled sheds are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@naliahshomegoodsllc.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Pack the product securely in original packaging with all hardware included
4. Ship to: 100 Carroll Street, Apt 207, Paterson, NJ 07501

Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Due to the size and weight of storage sheds, return shipping costs may be significant. We recommend contacting us to discuss return logistics before shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Assembled sheds
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
